Police have issued an e-fit picture of a rogue trader who conned a Whitstable woman out of £5,000 cash.

The police e-fit of the confidence trickster.
He called on the woman, who is in her 60s and wishes to remain anonymous, several times between November and January saying he would clear rubbish from railway land at the bottom of her garden. The work was never done.
The woman told police: "I said to the man 'I am a pensioner and I can't afford any more'. But he kept coming back for more. It made me feel very low."
Police have made house-to-house enquiries in an attempt to trace the man who called himself John. He's described as having short black hair, a thin black moustache and a gold tooth. On one occasion he wore a three-quarter-length duffel coat and carried a red bag.
If you can help track him down, call Kent Police on 101 (or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555111) quoting crime number ZY/1665/12.
- Police say do not deal with doorstep callers offering work on your home or garden.
