Lots of visitors in town today - the sunshine brings them out even in January. Are they spending any money in town, though? Should Whitstable provide more for tourists in winter?

Hello, this reply is nothing whatsoever to do with winter visitors to Whitstable!! Obviously, I'm not that great on the computer - I was Googling to see whether there were any friendly, low impact keep fit / exercise class or group in Whitstable and I seem to have signed up for something I didn't intend to! It may be possible that you can help with this enquiry anyway? I'm not interested in joining a gym or pilates Bye for now. Ann

Hello Ann. Thanks for joining anyway - you may find it useful to keep checking our 'what's on' list for exercise classes. Just click where it says 'what's on' on the menu across the top of this page.
I suggest you look at the following venues for classes: Horsebridge Centre, St Mary's Hall (also called the Umbrella Centre); Whitstable Swimming Club (there is a small friendly gym there and I think they also run exercise classes).
