Harvey Richards West - are simply the best...!
My sale went through efficiently thanks to Rory and his team (even when there were 'blips' Rory remained calm and positive). He even provided a gas meter reading after I left as I'd forgotten it - that's what I call service! I can't recommend them enough

Every Estate Agent needs a Rory!
Our transaction(s) were complicated by the fact that Monday to Friday I migrate 1000 km. A couple of times I really threw my toys out of the pram in frustration at the hold ups but Rory stayed calm, and with the help of my wonderful husband, dealt with it all. Most importantly, when the sale really looked like going belly up, he chivvied everyone into moving forward and produced the result that everyone wanted. Well done, Rory, a good example to those other estate agents who kept putting letters through our door.
In addition, we rented out our old house: the girls in Lettings are a couple of gems. Not only did we have a tenant as soon as we moved out, but they just got on and did it all. Lucy's advice was invaluable and Tasch ran around like a good 'un
I still think the whole buying-selling thing sucks and is the most inefficient process there is but HRW really came through for us.

Nothing was too much trouble
Try the quieter end of Whitstable's main street where this Estate Agent will make every effort to get you what you want. The staff were friendly, helpful and enthusiastic; queries were promptly answered, promises and appointments kept on time; and in spite of the usual (and some unusual) problems they were successful in securing our sale with a rare combination of tact, humour and patience. Highly recommended.

I'll second that!
Estate Agents usually come bottom of the list, just below lawyers for the most detested profession. This local independent firm has been absolutely fantastic in relation to my house sale. OK, it's not all over yet, but the level of personal service received has been a real eye-opener. I would recommend this firm to anyone interested in buying or selling property in Whitstable. First class!
