Why I like Whitstable

What's not to like apart from the OOT crowds at weekends during the summer. Good sense of community, good public transport links, France within easy reach for a good lunch, seaside and countryside on our doorstep. Brilliant, has it all but can we not tell everyone?

Why I don't like Whitstable

Not much apart from the crowds of visitors who seem to take over during the summer and The Oyster Festival weekend which is madness and misery for those locals who cannot make money from it.
