Hubbards Bakery

One of the best bakeries in the country.

I've been to many bakeries across the UK, but I was totally gobsmacked at the quality of the food at this bakery. Their poppy seeded bread is to die for, as are their sausage rolls. We also sampled their gingerbread men, which were delicious, and their Vienesse biscuits, which are a must for anyone visiting Whitstable. We were only there for a few days (we're from Durham), but we rushed back the next day before we headed home. Well worth a trip to Whitstable just to sample their delightful food!
